So, there was this young lady who got really into maths, physics and linguistics. She was happy learning, but as she grew up, she started to focus on people management.
These days, she likes nothing better than sketching organisational blueprints that help her see the bigger picture. She carefully observes, puts the right figure in the right place, and makes sure that the right decision-making power is given to the lowest competent organisational level, not a level above it.
