Once upon a time a young lady got excited about mathematics, physics and linguistics. She was happy learning but she grew and her personal development led her to the professional people management.
Nowadays she enjoys sketching organizational blueprints that fits best the big picture. She observes, carefully puts the right figure in the right place, and makes sure that the right decision power is given to the lowest competent organizational level, not a bit higher.
