Drawing from over 20 years in regulated industries (automotive, pharma, insurance) and data analytics, this builds on real-world experience: standardizing processes (aSPICE/CMMI, Agile, platform-of-platforms), leading engineering and IT organizations through R&D-to-operations shifts, and designing human-centric models that reduce complexity while fostering innovation.

Today, in the Economic Institute of Teams, the focus is AI-augmented EOT: fluid teams on cloud/data platforms structuring AI-as-Team-Infrastructure. Orchestration layers ensure human creativity thrives alongside compliance and reliability. Grounded in computer engineering and organizational expertise, and a PhD in literature, this addresses the ethical, human challenges metrics overlook when scaling organizations, products, and data.
